I found Friday Night at Iowa 80 to be well written and easy to follow. This is because the story was intended to seem like it was over a course of one day. Which made the story easy to read. I also found that since the essay was long and he broke up the paper into different chunks that were labeled it was clear what was going to happen next and where he was. I also enjoyed that the essay was based on interviews and the fact that he did not sum up each interview he actual wrote out what happened. As well as peoples facial expressions.
